Sheep Cheese

There’s only one family in Western Australia milking sheep to make their own cheese.

So we’re going to rise to the challenge on today’s Cold Esky by bringing the mob in on the farm near Nannup and milking a few for Bruce and Jane Wilde, to earn a taste of some very well-matured treats.

In fact Jane still has the first hard cheese she ever made still in the maturing room approaching the ripe old age of four years old.
