So we’re going to rise to the challenge on today’s Cold Esky by bringing the mob in on the farm near Nannup and milking a few for Bruce and Jane Wilde, to earn a taste of some very well-matured treats.
In fact Jane still has the first hard cheese she ever made still in the maturing room approaching the ripe old age of four years old.
