Venison produced in the South West is becoming more of a rarity as farmers pull out of the industry, that’s why we’ve decided to put the Cold Esky Challenge to the test and take on this local delicacy.

Whether it is paddock to plate or “conception to consumption” as the deer farmers interpret it, I’m taking you from start to finish today.

So how about we meet one of these local producers from Boyup Brook.
