From Paddock to Plate pavilion at Royal Melbourne Show

For the first time in history, the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria is dedicating an entire pavilion to the ‘From Paddock to Plate’ initiative.

If you are currently a Victorian producer who supplies to ‘From Paddock to Plate’ or would like to, then you have the chance to showcase under the ‘From Paddock to Plate’ label direct to the public at this year’s show for up to 11 consecutive days (Saturday 22 September to Tuesday 2 October).

Louise FitzRoy is the instigator behind the ‘From Paddock to Plate’ concept, bridging the divide between City and Country. She is organising a farmers’ market within the pavilion for you to be a part of over the entirety of the show.

If you are not yet a supplier of ‘From Paddock to Plate’ and would like to take part in the show please email or call Louise: louise@frompaddocktoplate.com.au or 0421 578 969.

Becoming a ‘From Paddock to Plate’ producer gives you the opportunity to receive generous publicity in magazines, newspapers, radio and online.

In addition, you will also receive regular news and information about Victoria’s primary industries, seasonal recipes from the farmers themselves and the latest in rural innovation.

Louise has selected various reputable retail outlets throughout Melbourne, who may be able to stock your produce provided you meet the criteria.
