Book signing at Prahran Market

Crowds flocked to watch internationally reknowned chef, Walter Trupp, work his magic using ‘From Paddock to Plate’ recipes while Louise signed her book for onlookers during a busy morning at the market.

Walter cooked up a storm starting with smoked salmon and avocado, closely followed by beetroot salad combining leeks (to everyone’s amazement!), pistachios and Persian feta. Baked swordfish with capers and olives was next on the menu and to finish… banana muffins.
