Meet the Cowaramup Butcher

We’re visiting Cowaramup today to see if the town’s prepared to take on the Cold Esky Challenge.

First stop is the small country butcher to find out where the meat is sourced and what goes on behind the scenes… even inside the cool room!

Owner, Shane Blount was there to show us around, but became slightly hesitant in revealing his secret marinade recipes.
